Your Teacher

My name is Li Katarina Dafna and I have been playing the piano since I was three years old. I was born in Israel, but moved to Serbia at a relatively young age. In my youth I had already given numerous appearances, both in Austria and abroad. When I was 17, I received an invitation from the Anton Bruckner Private University to study piano and music pedagogy. Now I have decided to build my own school so I can help make a change in either your or your child’s life with music.

Goals and Values

First and foremost, it is about enjoying music. The aim is to give deeper insights into the mind of a composer. It is important that you don’t just play what you are told, but instead we will help you develop your own feeling for interpreting notes in your way, but still be able to learn the heritage of classical music, understand the time when the music was written and what the composers thoughts may have been.
